I am about 25 pounds overweight. Ever since Football season ended my senior year of high school. I haven't been watching my eating habits and don't really care. I am out of shape. I went from weighting 200 pounds to weighting 220. It's a big difference, my tone has all gone away. It's horrible. Right now I am making a goal to lose 25 pounds in the next two months. I figured If I joined a workout club of some sort I'd lose weight. I'm thinking boxing . I've done is before and it kept me in good shape. For some reason this hasn't really affected my game . I still have the same confidence, but I'm sure if I had the body and tone I'm sure my confidence would as high as ever. How much does having a toned body improve your confidence. Yes I know I am a fatty. Mostly just in the tummy area. go ahead and make fun of me and call me fat and make fun of me. I'll just use that as motivation. |

Dude, it could be worse man. And stop with the negativity dude. I've seen fat guys get some fine chicks man. Its all about your swagger. Join a gym. Your a football player, you know the work out routines you'll be fine. I don't wanna see this negativity again man. |

yeah man sort the inner game out. but being a picture of health does make you more rounded and accepted with women. |

I will no longer be negative about my weight. I just felt like i needed to vent a lil bit about it. I have started the workout routine today and I already feel better. This doesn't really affect my game. But doesn't help. I have lots of confidence. |
