I'm working hard right now on mine because it's winter...and when spring comes along its going to be a glorious time to show it off.

Advantages are pretty obvious....if you're running...or at the beach with your shirt off.....girls will eye you...maybe even open you. In that way think of it as a permanent peacocking item.....

another benefit is when a girl sees you naked for the first time....she'll be thinking.."damn that's a hot bod"........and might even reduce any LMR she has....

I got a huge confidence boost when the last girl I was screwing said ...."damn you have the hottest body I've ever fucked!"

Is fantastic, I have had one for ages and its not too hard to maintain.
1) shirt off times = you get attention. Simple as that, just as a girl with a slim waist and large breast in a bikini would get attention.
2) "Please can I/we see your 6pack again" - once a girl found out you have one but you don't get it out at every opportunity, women ask to see it or take your shirt or whatever. Great ways to make them qualify etc etc. Honestly, it happens.
3) Its a great way to feel better about yourself, its no replacement for actually just being confident in your own skin... but even if you are already, knowing you look HOT will only make things better.
4) 90% of girls like 6 packs, a lot. Not only is it physically attractive but ao shows you have commitment (you had to put in a lot of work to get it and to keep it), shows you take care of yourself (its about food aswell as exercise).

Don't forget to do a wide variety of tummy exercises, there are lots of muscles around the abs that are needed to get the really hot 6 pack.
Sit ups, Crunches, leg lifts. All 3 of those with twisting.
Static holds, floor wipers.
There are more, but if you do those you are basically sorted. If you are serious about getting a 6 pack, don't count reps. Keep going until you cant do the exercise with proper form and then rest and do 3-5 sets (until you cant do many reps at all).
Do all exercises slowly and controled, 1 second to do the up motion and 3 to go back down. (obviously not static holds :P)

Hope that helps.

Benefits !??! lol Nothing more than having attention from the gay community.

Dont need to go OTT if you get a six pack great if not then as long as you dont have a belly/beer gut shud be fine.

Women are NOT looking for the calvin Klien super male models !! just someone who can be on the same level as them.

Yeah it has HUGE benefits trust me. I worked hard for mine so its a personal achievement for me. But girls check you out all the time when they see you with your shirt off. And yeah imagine getting naked with another girl for the first time and her thinking "oh my god his body is amazing" attraction will just fly up the scale.

Post subject:  hey

i hav a six pack and im at 12 percent body fat it would be way hard to go from 20 to 9

if u really wany to, double the abdominal excercises, and do cardio

i think to get proper 6pack, you need to do a diet anyway... exercices and cardio arent enough. it depends on your body but, you first have to lose what stands between your skin and your abs. exercices and cardio without any diet won't show your abs. now, is that correct?

Post subject:  huh

well that is kinda true
i guess it does mostly depend on the type of body u hav
mine is pretty skinny
i dont hav like massive muscles. i am lean, but work out alot to look better. if u are a little bigger a diet would help alot indeed

From fitness point of view six pack is primarily about low body fat. Fat on belly is the last place to go, so as long as you have any fat it will stay there and cover your muscles. So don't bother working your abs hard unless you're very slim already, you need to lose fat by serious diet, and you want to do it in a way that protects your muscles, even if you think you don't have any.

I know you want results fast, so does everybody. So go low calorie diet, but keep proteins higher than what you normally eat - if you eat somewhat fewer calories than you use (like up to 500kcal/day deficit) your body will use stored fat to cover the difference, but if you eat too few protein or have very high calorie deficit, it will break down muscle too. Eat in small portions always with some protein, if you eat too much at once it will be stored as fat right away. Get some fat burner like ECA (still fully legal in some countries). Lifting+cardio will protect those muscles that get exercised, so make sure you're getting full body workout. If you're really desperate you could go for roids, but I'd advise against that especially since you probably don't know anything about them.

I'm telling you all that because I did it all wrong, I just lost 9kg in 2 months, but maybe half of that was fat, other half was most likely muscle that I will need to rebuild slowly now.

Start Rowing.

Its a great full body activity that will help you lose fat in all areas of your body. I started rowing at the beginning of this semester and when i keep up with it for a week or two, the results are hugely noticeable and I'm a pretty active person as it is.

Supplement that with eating right and ab workouts and you'll be there in no time. Don't forgot to look up proper form for erging if your going to start. I just looked up videos on Youtube and was able to find some really great information.

Good luck to ya and way to take some initiative and get to the gym. It never hurts haha.

Its what you eat.

Abs are prepared in the gym and made in the kitchen.
