it seems like i can lift more when i scream which ill do at a home gym lol like when im at my gym ill just breath out when doin my workouts but at home i can really yell and grunt/roar and i seem to be able to lift more weight and bust out more reps anyone else notice this? |

I can lift more too, but I get winded really bad afterward because my breathing is slowed by the yelling. I think that it is just an adrenaline rush which causes more blood flow to the muscles and therefore increased strength. |

I read this somewhere, apparently gives you a short adreneline rush. In my opinion its all in the head. Being angry works great too although its not very PUAish |

that reminds me, thats exactly how i started my "roars"i came home from the dentist after a three hour wait where they constantly ignorned me and continually told me we were about to start everytime i asked. i ended up goin home and punching a hole in my wall then decided that wasnt the best way to handle my anger, got on my pullup bar and started to roar like king kong |
