Over the course of the past two years I went from 240 and approximately 20% body fat to 193 and around 13% body fat. That was a jump from a waist size 38 to a 32. If anyone has questions on diet, work out plan, or motivation please feel free to post or message me. |

Just one question Howd you do it? jk, What did you use as motivation? How long did it take before you got used to the whole thing? |

I had a buddy of mine who had lost a ton of weight and we had a date set for a cruise we were going to go on. I had to be under 200lbs to set foot on that cruise. For questions please email me. Mitchell.a.144@gmail.com |
