Ok so I've been working out for about 4-5 months and have only lost about 25 pounds.and I have no idea how. I really feel that my excercise is great I run 6 miles every other day and lift some wieghts.(don't rly know if its help shed the man boobs)I know if can change my food intake my wieght loss will skyrocket.but that has never been a easy task for me I have no idea where to even start.


Help is highly appreciated.

dude there is possible you have gyno is there a hardness in your pec.
i have it on the left. but not very noticeable. some people get surgury that could be cover by insurance
