We all love soft drinks like coke, Pepsi and we all love to drink again and again with pizzas burgers. but it damages our teeth and enamel both. doctors advise to drink cold drink twice a year but in US people drink cold drinks more than water. Is there any idea or suggestion that we can enjoy cold drinks and keep our teeth and enamel also good?

I think that If you consumed too much cold drinks, It could lead to dry mouth. Dry mouth is a sign of dehydration. So the question laid out that how to avoid dry mouth? The first things you should do before rushing to find any SPAM for how to get rid of dry mouth is changing your lifestyle.
Stop smoking or using any kind of alcoholic or caffeinated products
Breath through your nose, not mouth
Moisturize your lips
Add moisture to your room
See your dentist at least twice annual
If you do not have any disease and are not under any medical SPAM, dehydration is undoubtedly the cause of the condition. Therefore, the first thing you should do to get rid of dry mouth is to keep yourself hydrated by providing enough fluid. This will help your mouth make enough saliva so that you can quickly get rid of dry mouth.Drink at least 2 liters or 8 glasses of water daily
Consume water-based fruits and vegetable such as watermelon, pineapple, etc.
Alternatively, you can use smoothies, fruit juice or vegetable juice or any kind of tea like green tea, peppermint tea, or others.
Soft and liquid foods should be also included in the list.
At the same time, do not consume caffeinated beverages, alcoholic drinks or soda.

Use a straw. You also want to balance out your gut flora. You have too little acid in your stomach and there is back-splash coming up into your saliva. That is causing your enamel to wear away. I drink nothing but water and had this happen. The soda has minimal effect. Fix your gut.

hii,
no-calorie soft drinks are better than sugary regular sodas. "It is fine to enjoy a diet soda as long as you don't use them as a license to add more calories from other foods.
