This forum, and community consists on many wise people. Experts in many different traits and crafts. My expertise includes nutrition, exercise, fitness and health. (+Most related matters) I am offering to help you achieving your goal in any of the areas I've stated. Simply let me know what you desire and post it in this thread. A swift reply will follow. Am I doing this out of the kindness of my heart? Why, yes. If you allow yourself to trust me I will provide you the best of myself and my knowledge. In return, I'll ask only that you help me, when I am in need. Sound fair enough? Great. Let's Get Started! |

The first rule of getting what you want is knowing specifically what it is you want. Gaining more muscle is an honourable endeavour. But that tells me nothing, as it is too vague, and if I can't see it, it's likely you won't either. Be specific with what you want (E.g. I want to add 5KG of muscle in 3 months, or otherwise). Know exactly what you want, and when you want to get it (REALISTICALLY!). Magical fixes and instant results are unlikely to happen. That's where Perseverance comes in. Gaining muscle is a fairly simple task (in theory), all you have to do is lift heavy, preferably using compound exercises (I.e. activating many muscles at one, e.g. Deadlift, Squat, Bench press) + (using the best form possible!) and eating enough of the good stuff. (Most people can tell what kind of food is good for them, and which isn't) The challenge is having the willpower to choose better when the time comes, and not succumb to cravings, or over rationalize when you do). In addition to your training regime, I'm assuming you're already taking advantage of this tip, if so continue! - Use Free weights (E.g. Barbell and Dumbbells). Tell me a bit more about your goal, where you are now and where you want to go. Knowing what you've done and are doing at the moment will help me get a better grasp of what you need to breakthrough. Ask more questions (as many as you need to get to the bottom of it!) and be specific - The answer you get will only be as good as the question you ask. (That applies to goals, life and people) |
