I wanna ask a question from all f you How close should my hands be together while doing bench press..?? Hands 6 inches apart are alright? |

I know the wider the grip, the more you are using your chest muscles and the closer the grip, the more you are using your triceps. |

Slightly wider than shoulder widthat lowest point your forearms should be perpendicular to the ground |
