Hi Andy, Agree with you as swimming is great cardio to burn fat, boost metabolism and lose extra body weightl. Swimming boost stamina, increase strength and make heart and lungs healthy. Besides swimming, watch what you eat as diet plays important role in losing weight. |

i am quite agree with you swiming and running both are best cardio exercise.. These shows quick and most effective result regard to weight loss and fitness

Yeah am agree with you swimming is very beneficial for weight loss and fat , it also increase our stamina, am doing swimming and cycling for weight loss from last six months and really satisfied from result. This is best exercise for whole body . |
