Post subject:  Proven 30 Minute Workout To Get You In Shape

I have posted it here before in this forum that I have been following

the Men's Health and Fitness diet book! I picked it up in Barnes and

Nobles for about only 20 bucks!




This book is jammed packed with information and it is A must read for

those of you who are serious about losing weight and getting into shape!

Me personally? I have started seeing results in less then 2 weeks!




Honestly you don't even need A gym to do this simple exercise

Its quick and non time consuming! And I am LOVING the results!

Quite literally I have been losing pants sizes like crazy!




I have also noticed that my body is getting more slimmer and cut!

This workout can get you in shape, help you lose weight or even

get you buff!



I especially like this workout regime, because it allows you time

flexibility. You don't have to go through the drudgery of any

time consuming machines and its quick and easy!



And its great! Below I will list the workout here for you.




Circuit Workout
30 Mins long
Do each work out for 30 Seconds
Repeat Circuit 3 Times
Take 15 second breaks between sets
Work out 3 times per week



Required: 1 Set of Dumb Bells that you feel good using.


1. Dumb Bell Straight Leg Deadlift
2. Dumb Bell Plank and Row
3. Dumb Bell Front Squat
4. Dumb Bell Push Press
5. Dumb Bell High Pull
6. Cross-Body Mountain Climber
7. Alternating Split Jump
8. T-Push Up
9. Reverse Lunge + Swing
10. Dumb Bell Rows
