I Have been on cold showers about 2 years now.. I love them! Apart from their numerous health benefits they're just a great way of developing warrior spirit. Each time you overcome the flinch to the cold is like a small victory. But the benefits of CS cannot be explained, they have to be experienced. (Remember... coldest setting!) Hey,I am here and i read out your posts and i and i agree with your reviews because cold shower is the best for mentally and physically activeness.According to me that some people like the hot showers and some like the cold showers personally i also like cold showers. Brienshamp Personal Trainer |

I've been taking cold showers for 2 months now. Not exactly sure if it has been beneficial or not but I keep hearing great things about it so I guess I'll keep at it! |
