I lost about 50 pounds in last year and i still need to lose about 70 to reach my ideal weight but i have a problem, every time i am under pressure i overeat, it happened when i started going to college and faced a string of failures on exams, and also now as i failed drivers exam for the second time, i just eat and eat and set myself a few days or weeks back. Any idea how i can get hold of myself when i am mentally drained, seems like i am compensating with food and that is a very bad habit. |

This is by far the hardest thing to do, this is where it has to come from within. Find a motivation. Whatever it may be that really push you to be consistent. If that means having a "diet" buddy or whatever do it. It's so easy to be "easy" on ourselves that sometimes having someone there on the same boat really helps. |
