Post subject:  Beginner Full body weightlifting routine.

Beginner full body weightlifting routine

Monday, Friday
you will be doing all of these excercises.

Chest
•Bench press- 3 sets 6-10 reps
•Dumbbell flies- 3 sets 6-10 reps
•Push-ups - 5 sets, rep till failure

Back
• Pull-ups -5 sets, rep till failure
• Barbell rows-3 sets ,6-10 reps
. Dumbbell rows - 3 sets ,6-10 reps

Legs
• Barbell squat- 3 sets , 15 reps
• leg extensions-3 sets, 15 reps
• calf raises - 3 sets 15 reps

Notes
3-5 reps for strength, adjust to heavier weight
6-10 reps for muscle mass, adjust to comfortable weight
12+ reps for more endurance and definition.

Such a nice and informative discussion about the weight lifting routine so i get more information from this discussion.According to me that weight lifting is the best source for build the body muscles and keep actual fitness of the body.
