How you fight against sleep and tiredness? Drinks with caffeine does not work on me...other day i try with red bull, and nothing...coffee nothing, tablets with caffeine and taurine, nothing...i am allways tired...

a good night sleep
some weight lifting 3x week
proper nutrion with enough calories
proper rest
sex
positive thinkin
avoiding sugars

Prevention is better than cure.

Nutrition and sleep is what is gonna effect your fatigue levels. Not coffee

Make sure you avoid really fatty foods too. Fast food will kill you.

Keep your diet as clean as possible. Treat your body like a Ferrari... The better fuel you put into it, the better it performs.

Remember you want to have your place when you are in catabolic, and anabolic (fight, or flight)

Rest, sleep, and digest. It's always good to rest when you really need to.
