| Post subject: | different swimming exercises |
What are some different swimming exercises? I'm going to a pool today and I'm wondering if anyone knows of any swimming exercises that burn a lot of calories. I'm 5'7", 140 pounds, so I think I can handle just about whatever you give me. |

just swim freestyle. learn proper technique so that you don't get tired too fast.

Well,I know that different people like the different swimming exercises and i agree with your all reviews. According to me that swimming is the best work for build the body stamina and legs muscles.It is the best way for reduce the mentally stress and extra body fat. Brienshamp Personal Trainer |
