Hi guys, ive had some experience in this field as i was 15stone in my heaviest i know its not as bad as others but being short ish (5 foot 9) it made it look worse than it was. im now down to 13 stone, and i know you are all thinking 2 stone is not that much and your right it really isnt. HOWEVER i have added an exercise component to this which is done almost daily with a day or two rest per week ( martial arts twice a week and weights 3/4times). For a little bit of extra motivation i would recommend looking up a documentary called " i want to look like that guy" it really helps with motivation, and its god to know that is achievable. h t t p : / / musclediet . net / (i cant post links so sorry for the layout :/ ) scroll down a little and there is a signup for the newsletter section enter your email and you shall be sent a document that explains how to lose FAT. spoiler alert - its a high protein, low carb diet and the document explains why it all works and how to fine tune it depending on your needs. Remember if you want to look good in clothes then DIET, however if you want to look good naked then EXERCISE. hope this helps anyone who wants it jon |

Exercise is the best way to loose weight but there are some products that reduces weight randomly,I have tried many products like slimming coffee/tea, slimming pills too but it was not effective then my boyfriend told me about Ventouse Minceur this is really very effective. |

I think that you should follow a healthy diet plan. With that also make sure that you avoid to eat fast food and high carbs in your meal. Also try to do some exercise like cycling running or swimming. Yoga is also good option. |
