Now this is in no way an excuse to not eat right/work out, but while you're on the path to trimming down, you could use a compression shirt to hide your man boobs and make your stomach look smaller under your shirt. http://www.amazon.com/Insta-Slim--Inche ... insta+slim Yeah, I did use this. When I was 5'8 190 pounds this made me look quite a bit slimmer. It's kind of uncomfortable but after a while you get used to it and it definitely did make me less insecure about my weight around others. Don't let it be an excuse not to get your weight issue handled, but for the time being you can use this to make you look a little less fat. |
