I was hoping that someone out there may have already picked this program up. Is it worth buying? As of right now, I am 20lbs above my LBM and I was looking to change up my routine a bit. I dropped 20lbs last month and I want to capitalize on the momentum so I don't gain it back. (losing 20lbs in a month is unhealthy. lol) Any information on this program would be of great help. Thank you. |

I haven't purchased the program, but I can give you some pointers if you describe to me the layout. Additionally, If you list your stats, progress, goals, and routines I can give you some pointers. |
