I mean I want to gain weight and be built but am rail think(as I have said before). But some recent developments came up whereas a skinny little pop star has started working out for a while now. he is even trying to show off as well. I'm 31 and I do not want to have a build like Bieber. How do I gain and get bigger without starting out with a body shape like him? Also does beer help in gaining weight? |

I know the topic is odd but I cannot stand the punk. Maybe being over 13 years older is why but the constant shirtless pic they show of him on tv just irritates me. |

Just lift big and eat big, it's not that complicated unless you want a specific type of body or results. We're living in an age where we have access to lots of information. Although saying that, I guess there's a possibility that we can sometimes be confused as there's so much of it! Compound lifts and other heavy lifts should do the job along with plenty of calories and protein. As for Beiber, meh, lots of young teenage girls probably like him, but most girls over the age of 20 probably move on to more masculine males. |

^ This. Also supplement with whey, creatine, and a daily multivitamin. Do compound lifts. Avoid alcohol, it suppresses protein synthesis.
