Trying to change the way you look by working on the way you look rarely works, and when it does, it rarely lasts long.
The way you look has very little to do with the physical 'stuff'.
Have you never noticed that many of those who have been blessed with great hair, teeth, skin tone, nails and bone structure can be physically attractive at one level yet still fail to invoke feelings of true attraction in others?
Beauty isn't so much a physical attribute as it is the emanation of the soul from within.
It's an overflow of true joy and love that beams through the flesh and pours through the eyes of those who are in love... with life.
So yes, train and exercise by all means, fix up your diet too. It's good for your body. But that feeling of beauty that you're seeking won't happen as a result of either.
It'll come when you build up a surplus of happiness and love for your life and that'll only happen when you look at life from the inside.
This is what I mean by 'look great naked'.
When you strip off all the labels and expectations you have clothed ourself in, you get to see what the real you looks like.
