Contrary to popular belief breakfast is not an important meal as it is labeled. It actually does not matter when you eat your food. I for one eat whenever I am hungry which is rarely in the morning. Anyway. On the subject rich protein foods: anything that is meat.

Bumblefly I strongly disagree. Eating breakfast regulates your metabolism. If you wait til noon to eat your first meal your body will be in "survival mode" and stop burning calories and giving you energy. and then when you do eat food, your body will be more hesitant to burn it off because it still thinks you're in survival mode. If you metabolism is regulated you won't have any of these issues No matter what your fitness goals are eating breakfast is something that is very very important.

Natural protein foods are more effective for getting rich amount of protein to build the muscles and manage the body weight.
It is better to use the natural protein foods rather than using protein supplement and other protein foods because these foods not only natural but also have long term results for the muscular health and weight management.
