I used to have a light skin but now it has become brown due to hours of playing soccer under the sun. Do any of you know things I could eat or products I could use to make my skin fairer? |

Start using sunscreen, it will slow down any more tanning. Otherwise there really isn't a way to whiten skin that is healthy (aka mercury). Make up is another solution, if you get cover up a shade lighter or even two shades lighter than your skin color. |

If you often take a shower, you'll lose your tan faster. But in fact, it's rather good for your look to be tanned.. ? Why do you wanna have a fair skin? |
