Been working out for some time and have good gains. Also in pectoral muscles, but gynecomastia becomes more visible, especially when flexing. Has someone had this problem, what did you do? Is there any other way to get rid if this except surgery? If not I guess I'll have to set aside trying to do something with women for several years, until I pay back my study loan and save up enough money for operation. That's not good. |

OK, I understand that no one has this problem. But imagine you have(not fat, but have enlarged nipples and almost man boobs), what would you do? Would you try to do something with women? |

It's a rare, but not uncommon condition. I'm sure most members here don't have it. Why do you act like you can't be with women just because you have a cosmetic medical condition? I know that surgery is the only way to get rid of it. But maybe wearing compression shirts to press it down, or baggy shirts to cover it up would at least help to conceal it when clothed. When naked, you've obviously already done the necessary groundwork to f-close the woman, so just cut the lights out and she won't be able to see them. There, problem fucking solved. |

Yes, but she can still touch it. And it's really disgusting to touch, I can't really explain. Also it decreases confidence a lot. I have had this since 13 years old, but now it becomes more visible because being pushed out by pectoral muscles I guess. Also before I didn't even have a single thought of doing something with a woman, so it wasn't a problem. But recently I wanted to change something, so started lifting, but this problem became more visible. |

So you're a virgin? How old are you? I knew a kid in school who had it. It became noticeable at puberty. Puffy nipples and what not. It sucks but it's just one of those things. You'll either have to learn to deal with it or get surgery bro. |

Of course, haven't even kissed or anything. 22. After I pay my loan and get surgery I will be 25 or more, that is really too late I think. Not saying that 22 is not too late. Actually there's no difference so it doesn't matter. |

I am serious. I don't have like severe gyno, but moderate. That might be true, but what should I do? |

Firstly to be sure that it is gyno you should diet down to sub 12% bf, it may be the case that you are predisposed to holding fat in the breast area and might go away if you diet it out, also having higher levels of fat increases aromatise activity in the body, the enzyme responsible for converting testosterone into estrogen, which leads to higher estrogen conversion as there is more aromatise present for conversion. If you do have gyno, there is 3 options, 1 - accept it and do nothing, 2 - use drugs (Letrozole or Tamoxifen) to block or reduce estrogen and its affects within the body, 3 - surgery. I would suggest looking into using tamoxifen as there is plenty of evidence that shows its effectiveness in reversing pubertal gyno. Ask your GP for further advice.
