Well fresh green vegetables, are good diet food and no doubt in this
statement.Fresh green vegetables are medium calories food which
are best for weight loose. Fresh green vegetables are good to digest
and we can get a healthy stomach with eating vegetables.So add
vegetables in daily diet for healthy and fit.

Yeah, Exactly...
Spinach and broccoli are good and healthy vegetables in diet...
For weight loose eat these two vegetables continuously in week for twice or more...
