Hi BMW,
To gain 10 lbs increase your number of meals and add smarter food more in your meal plans. Consume more calories and increase your protein intake. Lift weights, increase your workout and take supplements. Eat more snacks and drink energy fluids to gain 10 lbs.

BMW,

Go to a gym, start working out, eat more protein (chicken breast and salmon preferably). At the gym look for the biggest, more ripped gigantic mutant trainer and ask him about what suplements you could use. I´lll give you the general idea:

basic
-whey protein
-creatin
-casein

intermetiate
-nice pre workouts
-nice post workouts

advanced
-pre and post hormones

hardcore
-steroids

I´ve done them all, in all cases you should look for professional help (a doctor, specialized in sports) because it´s safer and quicker.

Thanks guys. I've kinda got my nutritional side down I'm more looking for intense workouts. As for suppliments I have been prescribed hgh by my doctor , which doesn't shrink your balls you can look at mine and tell me if they shrunk if ya don't believe me, but any strong core workouts?

hgh is great, I´ve done oxandrolone, it also do not shrinks my balls which is quite important to me lol.

if you have medical aid go to the gym and work out hard! there´re lots of methods but there´re some guidelines:

1- do the correct movement, you don´t want get injured
2 -do it slow and feel it burning
3 -don´t give a crap about how much weight you´re lifiting. you´re not a crane, you´re a person so how much weight is not important. results are important.

some hints I have learned: you should look for symmetry, so avoid exercises that could make you force one side more than other. for example: instead using a bar in bench press do it using dumbbell. you will work out the chess and a lot of other muscles to stabilize the weight.

Lift as much of weight as you can, but light enough to you do the movement perfectly.

I also would say to you "go to a gym focused in body building competition". regular gyms are for regular persons. you´ll probably get more results and faster.

btw, another proud bmw owner here.

^ What inferno said...everyone thinks that getting big is about the workout..."Oh i just need a new routine that works 2 more muscles 2 more times a week"

Its much more about nutrition and an exorbitant amount of proper calories than anything. Don't get me wrong, if you go into the gym and half ass it once a week and then go shove mcdonalds in your mouth, youll still gain weight, mainly being fat. But if you get in the gym twice a week and give it your all on every single set, thats plenty for a normal body to handle recovering. The rest comes down to nutrition

However, you said youre on HGH???? How the hell havent you put on 10 pounds in 2 weeks? You should be putting away 5000+ calories a day and probably be hitting the gym 3-4 times a week instead of 2 if youre on HGH but im not a doctor and im certainly no expert on anabolics, so id hit your doctor up first. Just my 2 cents.

Peace,
Marky Mark

You really don't need to take HGH if you eat a balanced diet thats filled with the proper carbs, proteins and fats.

Your choice though.

a good bulking routine starts from
1. learn how to squat, deadlift, overhead press, bench press, and barbell row
2. follow starting strength (the routine)
which would be
day 1
squat 3x5
oHP 3x5
deadlift 1x5
day 2
squat 3x5
bench 3x5
barbell row 3x5
and you would rotate, lifting on monday wednesday friday in that fashion
each lifting session you would increase weights for lower body by 10 pounds and upperbody by 5 pounds
3. eat as much as you can or follow a good, excess calorie diet.

cheers to strength size and beauty!

Post subject:  more suplments

i noticed people havent added any of these yet so i will. i work out 4-5 times a week, my brother sometimes goes 6 days a week. ive talked to my brother about getting big and staying fit, hes pretty knowledgeable.

anyways, make sure to get your omega 3's 6's and 9's, you need your essential oils.

get a BCAA (branch chain amino acids) supplement as well, key for good growth

get L-glutamine. this helps repair muscles faster and helps your digestive tract.

as i saw someone say, lift heavy if you want to get big. aim for 6-8 reps.

I've put on about 20lbs this summer, mostly muscle. Here's what I've done:

Lift weights as often as possible, leaving at least one day a week for rest.
Drink protein powder and creatine.
Eat constantly, every two hours you are awake. That's only necessary if you are skinny.
Repeat to yourself on a constant basis "All this hard work will pay off."

If you do that I guarantee you will gain muscle mass. It's when you start slacking you fail to get the results.
