Post subject:  How to Massage?
I am in doubt. I want to learn how to massage people (especially girls), but i don't have enought money to pay for licence (cca. 700 euro). I found some books about massage and i am reading it, and massage a few girlfriends. Do you guys think if you want to give a good massage you can learn yourself througt practice, or it s better to attend some workshops.

But problem is money...

Practice is the best way to go...

Also sometimes it depends on the person you are massaging.

what I do, which is hear is enjoyable...

Firstly take some time to learn about the different muscle groups, in the back this is important! with a palm or thumb, stroke along the direction of the muscle fibre's with some firm downward pressure. you can tell which way the fibre's go by seeing where the muscle attaches to the bone, E.G with a calve, your want to stroke from the back of the knee down towards the heel. If you get this right for someone's back, its amazing!

Once you've got this down its simple and works wonders!

My ex got her license in massage. Thing is you need to make sure your doing it right or 2 bad things can happen. You can hurt your client or you could hurt your self. There is so many different kinds of MT. Also I found that grape seed oil works best. Its cheap odorless and doesn't get greasy. A lot of professionals use it.

I'm no expert, but I've been given so many shitty massages by women that I know what NOT to do. It sucks because I have huge hands which work great for massaging women's not very muscular backs. But then when women do me, they have small weak hands and I have a more muscular back. That makes for a shitty massage if they don't do it right. And they rarely do, because they don't put much force or effort into it and just rub the skin around, which is pointless and doesn't even feel that great.

When I do massages I let them feel the full extent of my hands and fingers and even ask them "Do you like how my big hands feel on your body?" to accentuate the experience. It must feel really good to have a little back and two hands that can palm basketballs rubbing all over you. I personally like getting the massage all the way down to my tailbone, so I do that to women. It's also a great way to get under their pants and towards their ass. But you just act like it's part of the massage, and not just trying to touch their butt (eventho it's both!). Another thing that feels good is pushing upwards on the vertebrae from the lower back and working your way up. Our spines compress from gravity so that helps to uncompress the vertebrae and just feels good. Don't forget their shoulders/traps. I also like to work down the back of the upper arms toward the elbows which feels awesome.
