Hi Dr. Thanks for the offer and informative post. Agree with your post and like to share some fat burning food here. Those who wants to burn fat must add them in their daily meal plans. Green tea, broccoli, salmon fish, eggs, lean chicken, low fat dairy, SPAM, garlic/onion, berries, whole grain bread, almonds, brown rice, olive oil and citrus fruits. |

Hello Guys, Eat an apple 15 minutes before a meal. You will consume 187 fewer calories if you do. |
