I use to be ripped than I stop working out it's been a couple of months and I have a pot belly and my chest still look big but is all jelly(soft). I starred doing the p90x program but I need some help with eating well so I can get my body back.. I started to love food whichakes it harder to refuse food she I see it so can anyone give a a good eating plan that will fool my body into thinking I have had enough to eat when I actually haven't? Thanks! |
