I'm skinny but I want to change that. What is the best protein powder? How can i bulk up? What workouts should i do to increase my upper body muscle mass?

I would never recommend you to take any supplements or powder proteins. They just kindg make your body large, they do not add any kind of strength or power to the body. Worst case, they make a tummy out of your belly. To gain mass, start eating healthy food. Most important, focus on your diet. Stop eating any kind of meal that is harmful to your goal. Stop masturbating if you do(it is true). Eat poridge, have real juices etc. You can browse google for more.
Best of luck.

Listen I was overweight so Protien Powder was a good way to get protien and not calories.

You are the other side, you need calories and less protien. If you can drink whole milk lots of it, if you can't lactose or whatever. Then eat a nice steak.

Your body needs calories and protien, if you don't get enough calories your body will slowly strip your muscle of protien. So get protien lots of it, and get plenty of calories so it doesn't strip your muscle down.

Check out the Scrawny to Brawny program. I packed on about 30 pounds using their system. It's great.

This is a question best posted to a fitness/weightlifting forum. For the most part they'll tell you to eat healthy and use a weight-gainer protein in conjunction with a weight training program. The 5X5 and 5/3/1 programs are great for gaining both strength and mass, but you can go for a more Adonis look by starting with a isolation routine instead of the heavy compound movements of 5X5 or 5/3/1.

The difference is, on the other forums you'll get feedback from guys who have primarily done the weightlifting and the nutrition, whereas here, you'll get feedback from guys who are PUAs but who also exercise. As for me, I used to lift weights twice a day for 9 years before deciding to try the PUA thing. My routine was based off the training logs for Ronnie Coleman (8 time Mr. Olympia, known for his back & legs) and Jay Cutler (4 time Mr. Olympia, known for his shoulders).

If you do begin to lift weights (which is the best way to gain mass), don't forget to workout your legs (you only mentioned upper body mass in your post). Chicken leg syndrome (when a guy has big pecs & arms and skinny legs) gets zero respect in a gym and on the street, and you will be unable to transfer your new-found upper body strength to the ground, leading to injury in either a fight or when lifting weights. Besides, women notice when a guy has a nice big set of muscular calves.
