Okay Guys Testosterone food makes you more manly, and masculine attracts feminine. Plus it's healthy and helps you get a lean body. Exercise isn't the only thing that grows muscle. Your diet counts as well because if you don't eat much protein, your muscles won't grow much. So here's a list of food with testosterone: -Oysters -Lean beef -beans -eggs -cottage cheese -Broccoli -Cabbage -Brussel Sprouts -Bananas -garlic -Milk -Avocados -Salmon -Red meat -Almonds -Brown rice -Figs Now here is a list of foods that you should avoid because it's bad or it has estrogen in it: -Fast food -Carbohydrates (cereal) -Foods with a lot of sugar (candy) -Chicken - Supposedly, farmers inject chickens with estrogen so they can grow faster. -Apples -Sunflower seeds (even the name sounds gay) -Olive oil -Olives -Papaya -Peas -Potatoes -Pumpkin -Rhubarb -Red beans -Tomatoes -Wheat If you have any food not mentioned in this post, please send a reply with a list of food with testosterone...or send a link. Foods don't have testosterone in "them", the above food only help your body to create more testosterone. Same for the "bad" foods. |

That's right.Your body digests the foods and makes enzymes that in turn makes for all the homones like testosterone for proper functioning and keep you alive.What you need is a balanced diet and not one that is skewed to a certain type of food.This in turn imply that your body's main organs are in working condition and that mentally you are in right temperament.Training muscles don't make the mind strong so you should pay attention to your mental health for a healthy/conscious mind correlates to a healthy body. |
