Post subject:  Looking for a beach body?

Hey guys, I was looking for some stuff to get bulked up for the summer season. Of course, my first reference was the famous Insanity program, but I gotta be honest, I just couldn't afford it right now. So, while looking for something free, I actually found something really good. It's a series of excercises contained in a 3-page PDF, which I found in the Men's Health website. I just finished my first day and I feel quite exhausted, so I have a good feeling that this will be really helpful for my body.

Here's the link so you can try it too:
http://www.menshealth.com/bootcamp/training/index.html

Go to the bottom of the page and click where it says "Download Beach boot camp training guide". Note that I have absolutely no relation to Men's Health, so be sure that this is not intended to be spam or anything like that. I just wanted to share this with you guys because I find it quite useful.

Dude its End of May.... I have been sun bathing for the last week and swiming, thats my Beachbody Workout. Your late to the party.

It depends how fit you are, I mean if your 20% body fat your not gonna do much for this season. I am not trying to discourage anyone from working out, you have to start sometime. Just be realistic its the end of may, where were you 8-6 months ago.

Dude, screw everything you read till now, you should try the Kris Gethin 12 week trainer. I did it this spring, i went down from 12% body fat to 6%.

Of course, it's a hardcore workout program consisting of serious weight lifting, cardio and good nutrition, but i promise you, if you stick to the plan, you'll have dropped a good amount of body fat while gotten more toned muscles!

Achieving a beach body consists of two things:
1. Low bodyfat percent
2. Muscle mass

1. Is achieved by a calorie deficit mainly through diet and assisted through exercise
2. Is achieved through a weight lifting program

If you have no knowledge or currently do niether, you won't achieve either in time.
