Is there a nutrition plan to make your face more attractive? I've googled this and only came up with eating fruits and veggies will make your face glow but that is about it.

As of now, I take vitamins ACE, creatine, and 1MR pre workout supplements.

Thanks for your help

There are no foods that can change you features. An apple isn't going to change the shape of your nose, nor is a banana going to give you a nicer smile.

What you can do though, is eat good healthy foods to make things like your skin look healthier and your eyes glisten more. And as you've already seen on google, the bottom line with that is largely cutting out refined rubbish and eating more natural fruits and veg type foods.

As 7000 says above, there is no miracle food to change your face appearance. Though, i would just like to add, if you are trying to cut for the summer, focus on good nutrition and meal frequency. Anyway, if you cut successfully you will see your jaw line appearing more notable (happend to me).

I read you take creatine, i do too, i had severe problems with acne before and combined with creatine it just grew the double, so if you feel your face is abit puffy, cut out the creatine.

The above posters are correct in saying you can't change your features, but certain foods do make your more attractive. They do this by adding a glow and healthy appearance to your skin. Why do you think so many girls fake tan? Because having glowing skin is attractive.

Things to eat:

Soybeans - reduce redness and inflammation of acne

Salmon - the omega 3 in salmon holds moisture into your skin, keeps toxins out of the body and also acts as a natural sun protection. The sun makes you wrinkle btw, even if it's -40 degrees, the sun will damage your skin no matter what the weather. Even if it's cloudy.

Eggs - prevent skin cancer

Chicken breast - contains anti-oxidants and helps skin stay firm

Carrots - sun protection, helps skin heal faster

Apricots - anti-oxidant, helps cells grow and repair (muscle for example)

Olive oil - anti-ageing (but olive oil supplements are actually bad for you, so use natural olive oil when cooking)

Nuts - sun protection, especially good at blocking the bad harmful UV radiation

Strawberrys - act as a shield on your skin, stops anything bad getting inside. This includes UV radiation, smoke, dust, dirt etc

Thanks for the response guys.

Could I just take pill supplements instead of eating those foods? Or is it better to keep my nutrition intake more natural?

90% of those effects are from Omega 3s. Skin is made from fat, Omega 3s are great because one most Americans take in Omega 6 at a 4:1 Ratio of Omega 3. Omega 3 is also an anti inflamatory (swelling and redness).

Eggs, Nuts, Fish all have alot of Omega 3s. Sure eggs have tons of other nutriants so does most of his list.

The other 10% is probably the antioxidants.

Yes, they have supplements but like everything in life natrual is always better.

That question worries me slightly. What are you going to be eating? If you get those nutrients from a supplement pill, then where are your 2000/2500 whatever calories going to come from?

Eating rubbish and taking a supplement won't have the same effect. The foods listed above will have a good effect on you, but that will be nullified if you continue to get the majority of your calories from refined sugary foods. Good fats are good, bad fats aren't!

Healthy skin - like general good health - isn't about eating a magic supplement and then being able to eat whatever you want. I'm not saying you need to become a full on health freak about it; you can still have treats and eat your sugary food as well, but it should be a treat and it shouldn't be all the time.

Supplements in themselves aren't bad, but they should supplement an already healthy diet. Not everyone can afford or has got the time to be eating three really good natural meals a day with every nutrient, or they have a natural deficiency in something, and that is where supplements come in. So, yes, you can use a supplement, but beware that eating badly and taking a supplement certainly won't have anywhere near as much benefit for your skin as eating well and taking a necessary supplement will.
