Post subject:  My basic anti fatigue formula

Heya guys

After researching and trying out alot of different formulas, i have come up with a good formula for people who have chronic fatigue ( including myself ) ...it's not a cure but it makes things sooo much better ( at least for me ). The vitamin content is a bit high for some vitamins so you might want to tweak it you have different personal preferences... i have a basic layout and more detailed. It's works for people with chronic fatigue, cancer and alot of different ailments including parasite infections..it's a combination of different formulas from different scientist and are proven in clinical studies - i also added some of my own stuff to it. ''Optional'' is something outside the basic formula but can add huge health benefits is you include them.

Vitamin A - 800 µg ( beta carotene )
Vitamin A - 800 µg ( retinol )
Vitamin B1 - 4,2 mg
Vitamin B2 - 4,8 mg
Vitamin B3 - 36 mg ( niacin)
Vitamin B5 - 10 mg ( panthothenic acid )
Vitamin B6 - 6 mg
Vitamin B8 - 40 µg ( biotin )
Vitamin B11 - 400 µg ( folic acid )
Vitamin B12 - 18 µg
Vitamin C - 3000 mg ( increase slowly and taper off when quitting taking vitamin C )
Vitamin D1 - 5 µg
Vitamin D3 - 5 mcg
Vitamin E - 26,8 mg
Vitamin K - 25 µg
chromium - 120 µg
Iron - 14 mg
Iodine - 150 µg
Copper - 700 µg
Manganese - 4 mg
Molybdenum - 75 µg
Selenium - 200 mg
Zinc - 10 mg
Calcium - ( no carbonate.. 150 RDH )
Magnesium ( depends on the type , citrate is prefered because of the biolavailability.. 150 RDH )
Ginko biloba extract - 60 mg
Ginseng extract - 50 mg
5-HTP - 100 mg
D-galactose - 5 gr... ( increases ATP.. optional.. galactose is sometimes present in some brands of lactose free milk and a part is further metabolized by the body to D-galactose)
Green tea extract ( optional )
Grape seed extract ( optional )
1 large teaspoon of tumeric
6 cloves (oral use)
Virgin coconut oil ( cold pressed ) 1 tablespoon
Melatonin ( important anti-oxidant.. optional) 5 mg ( taken before sleeping of course )
Co-enzyme Q 10 - 120 mg ( liquid caps.. important)
gynostemna pentaphyllum ( optional ) - Very important source of anti oxidants.. it's a adaptogen which can have huge health benefits when combined with co-enzyme Q10, it can be hard to find a good quality supplement that's why i grow my own gynostemma vines ( they are frost tolerant as well down to -15 C ).
Shit-take mushrooms ( raw oral use ) 2 medium sized each day
Artemisia annua ( chinese wormwood) or other wormwood relatives - absinthium or abrotanum ( artemsinin 200 to 400 mg - optional.. anti-parasitide, anti fungicide/ candida etc )
Grapefruit should be eaten along with wormwood extracts to increase bioavailability of the essential wormwood oils...grapefruit contains spermidine ; a protein which has huge cell protection properties.
Liquorice root tea - 8 to 10 gr ( can cause high blood pressure or prolonged use)
Omega 3-6 intake should be a 1:3 ratio, any food or supplement in the right amouns will do
Theanine - 200 mg ( important - also important to combine with Green tea) + Green Tea 1 cup ( 1 bag) - ( contains 20 to 50 mg caffeine and around 10 to 20 mg theanine, the caffeine is needed to increase theanine bioavailability of theanin - caffeine and theanin boost eachother but keep caffeine LOW when suffering from chronic fatigue or any other chronic ailment, taking a certain amount of theanine before sleeping as well will improve sleep quality)

i include theanine because it fixed ALL my problems with focussing and memorizing stuff - it really improved cognitive abilities ( http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18006208 ). Caffeine IS needed when you take theanin.. people (on this forum as well ) who took huge amounts of theanine without noticing any effects threw their money away because they didn't include low levels of caffeine ( from green tea ) which is needed to activate the theanine and achieve the beneficial effects. i've tried out alot of nootropics to increase energy levels and mental focus.. mushrooms( cordiceps ) , ginko, camellia, ephedra and many others.. all of them work but theanine with caffeine really stood out in effectiveness and availability.

Eat fats when using these supplements - some vitamins or enzymes are only fat soluble and some are only water soluble... take some olive oil and drink some water ( especially when taking Q10 )

aside from having a very healthy diet this formula will work wonders.. all herbs and vegetables would be good additions , for example oregano is VERY healthy but i do not put it into the formula - this means you can still implement it into the formula, ginger and flax seeds would be also very good additions ... i've told other people to take this formula as well and they said it works wonders - it really improves their mental focus and health. People who implemented raw food diets ( which i implemented in my own lifestyle as well ) and this formula had the best results over a period of time , however people without raw food diets but who had relative healthy diets noticed huge benefits as well. It's not a cure all but it does improve libido, energy levels and overall life quality.

note : i took huge amounts of theanine with certain amounts of caffeine ( from tea ), it can really give you paranoia... stick to the daily dosage - it can be 200 mg to 300 mg range , im very sensitive to most substances so if you don't feel anything you can increase theanin and caffeine dosage.

i don't have time to put list all sources and clinical research for each component and their effects when combined with other components, it are literally hundreds of papers. im still working on a huge thread on health and diet but im short on time and i have hundreds of pages to go through and they are all boring and difficult-to-read clinical research papers. This formula would be effective for anyone who suffers from any kind of fatigue - wether caused by micro-organism or chronic imbalance in the body leading to chronic fatigue.
You should not try this formula if you have serious thyroid problems or any other issues that causes accumulation of nutrients ; for example wilsons disease where copper accumulates into the eye... people with serious shortages on albumine should avoid taking excess vitamins or supplements without consulting a doctor and evaluating albumine levels.

alot of components have interactions with other drugs or medicine.. including ; liquorice root , grapefruit, D-galactose, ginko biloba, 5 -HTP... even tho they are harmless when combined with most medicine liquorice root can cause severe problems when combined blood pressure medication. 5-HTP can cause problems in people using SSRI or any class of anti depressants including SRNI and MAOI - 5-HTP increases the chance of having too much serotonin production which can cause serotonin syndrom with serious hypertension.

taking medication or supplements daily for many weeks is not a good advice , take a break when you can. after 2 weeks of use you can for example take a one week break from taking this formula, however if you are on a anti cancer diet for example you might want to take this or any other anti-cancer formula daily and increase some compenents like vitamin-E, zincm iodine and vitamin D3... tweak it if you need it.

I'm not a doctor but only a layman. In the system of chinese medicine the key
philosophy is balance of energy flow in the body.Knowing how the major organs
work to bring about a healthy functioning human.

There is one important ingredient or component that is missing and that is water.
The human body is 75% water.Water is the main conduit to transport nutrients
as well as toxins removal through various body processors like liver, kidney, skin
through perspiration.

Taking the required nutrients in terms of food or individual components assume
that the body is efficient or able to absorp them to get to the proper organs.Drinking the right kind of water is important because unlike old times where water comes from the mountains through the natural process of filtration,
the water available now from the tap or bottle is not the same.

Google Kangen water,it is filtered and ionised water. The molecular structure of water is smaller so is easily absorbed by the body thus allow nutrients to be absorbed and put to work where it's needed. You can read the book
"Your brain on water" where it is explained and with references to studies
and papers. Water is also a nutrient.Get the dvd and demo too.

good point... alot of people do not drink enough water... or they do but they don't spread water consumption out over the day.

i agree with filtered and ionised water, regular tap water contains high amounts of calcium carbonate which is very hard for the body to process... calcium carbonate is not an organic chemical structure and it's not widely found or used by organisms... the white -yellow calcium deposits that is in your bathroom is calcium carbonate - you really don't want that crap in your body.

https://www.intacthealth.com/ is a reliable company ( multiple people told me )

Most alkaline waters advertised are of different PH levels.Kangen water was developed in Japan and used in their hospitals for years. It was only recently
that they decided to share the benefits of such a technology.Find an american distributor and ask for test samples or dvd.
