I got laser teeth whitening. Its not as much as you would think £49 for a session. I now use 1 crest white strip every week to keep them at the desired level of whitness

Who doesn't want whiter teeth? After a few seconds googling, it's clear that the baking soda method is the favourite for home-whitening your teeth. Has anyone tried this? The crest white stripes work wonders in a fraction of the time baking soda takes, and if youre working on a budget buy a tube of 5 minute whitener. |

Well for teeth whitening this is good to have the tooth-brush daily four times in a day and we should use a good paste. One can have acidic fruits like lemon, orange etc to make teeth brighter. |

From time to time I'll gargle a mouthful of hydrogen peroxide. It whitens teeth well for next to nothing. |
