Post subject:  you guys know how to get the abbs ripped?

well, I quitted working out some months ago, but not because I was disappointed with the results, but because of the time that was short I had to work during the day and study during the night...but that´s not the point now.
my question is: how to have the abbs ripped? I really worked out hard, had a good diet plan, I used to eat 6 meals a day with more protein than carbohydrates and fats. but even when I was more skinny, when I just started working out, my abbs were not ripped, I started wondering , I think it´s my genetic.
actually I have put on about 18 kg(I don´t know how to convert it to pounds), since I started, and I got a litle bit "stocky" my arms were thick and solid just like my other muscles, but my abbs remained the same, I´m thinking about going back to the gym again soon, but this time I want to have my abbs ripped.
you guys have any tip for me of how to rip my abbs?, any good supplement?, how to burn concentrated fat? is it possible to lose fat and don´t lose muscles at the same time?

thank you guy, I´m waiting the replies

Typically, ripped abs are because of a low body fat %, while of course a good work out is key as well do develop them.

Cardio, to burn calories, very low carb intake!

Yes you can keep muscle and lose fat, but it makes it extreemly hard to GAIN muscle!

To get ripped you need to focus 95% on diet.

No supplements will make you lose fat.

To lose fat but not muscle, you need to have high protien intake and go lift heavy at the gym while you are cutting weight. If you don't, you will lose weight(fat and muscle).

the other guys above are right you need to focus alot of it on diet low carbs and high protein but something that most people dont know is that your abdominal area is the area where your stores fat first so its the last spot where you can get rid of it. I'll take myself for example I work out everyday but i like my pasta because I grew up as a runner so I used to take in alot of pasta before a race and I like it so much that I still eat it almost everyday still. I also do alot of ab work outs that work on various parts of my core. I can do over 1000 sit ups in a row and they feel like a iron washing board from way back in the day once you feel through the fat because ive been working on them so long and they are so strong but they still look like just an average joe's abs because I eat alot of carbs everyday. so long story short reduce carbs to a minimum and run and do alot of core work outs. work different parts of your core each day so it gives your muscles time to recover.

a good site to get some great work outs is muscleandstrength. com and bodybuilding. com they have great shit trust me and cheaper prices for trusted name brand proteins and supplements if you choose to go down that path
