I work out a lot and am interested in yoga for the health benefits not for the girls (although thats a perk ha) has anyone taken it? and what did it do for you? |

I know quite a few people who absolutely love it, even though they weren't so much in to the idea at the start. |

it changed my life... seriously... yoga is a amazing way to reduce stress and increase health. i just feel relaxed.. my muscles feel relaxed.. it's just awesome. |
