Just go to sunbeds, there's usually salons everywhere. I prefer standing ones. Start off with a low number of minutes (4 or  and work your way up.Or you could try OD'ing on beta-carotene supplements, as a side-effect of them is "carotenodermia", a harmless, orangey tint to the skin. But taking high doses for years can increase the cancer risk in smokers or people who have been exposed to high levels of asbestos. Dunno how bad the orange-ness would be but it seems to work :p |

Stay away from sun beds. Spray tans are fine or Google for reputable self tanners, women's ones are fine for guys. Clinique do a male bronzer which is good, but it rubs off completely after a shower so you have to reapply daily. The self tanners in a can are hit and miss so make sure you research and buy a good one. |
