Hey bro I am curious how did you plan for this. Did you try to do this?

I seen your post were you did the Bodybuilding.com transformation page.

Did you get contacted from that, was that a plan. How did you go about being found. What would your advice be to someone wanting to get into something like this.

Good for you, but this is shameless self promotion.

Ya, you have a great body, but this thread literally has zero substance. Not a fan of humility, eh?

I give quite a lot of advice out on the fitness section of this forum, and put a lot of time in to helping people through PM too. So thought it'd be good to show that I do actually have experience in this, and do practice what I preach.

Hum, depends. I've learned that weight doesn't really mean too much. Your body doesn't know if it's 20kg or 200kg, you're just destroying the muscle tissue. So it's how you work it. I've been paying a lot more attention on making each rep count, and not just the a to b of the rep but the entire rep.

It is a good idea though to keep track of poundage, just to make sure you're gradually increasing it.

I just did SSCV.

30 - 40 minutes either before breakfast or after weights. 3 - 4 times a week

I used Dorian Yates HIT principles
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y86TYYpaMoA

There's a video for each body part(s). I now work closely with Dorian Yates's company Bodycoaches and often train with his training partner...you have to really go to complete failure, you have to damage your muscle tissue and give your muscles a reason to grow!
