Personally I LOVE doing cardio in the complete dark with my ipod jamming. I go into THE ZONE and I come out like an hour later and hardly feel the burden of an hour's effort; I just feel the songs took me places and I am pumped.
Before I would do this at home on an elliptical in the basement in the evening when the sun was down and it was awesome.
I'm looking for a good night blind or substitute idea that is good enough simulate complete darkness but will not get so hot that it becomes uncomfortable or make a mess with sweat.
And don't worry guys I'm not bringing my wallet or anything of alot of value I'm not getting pickpocketed while I can't see
