Interesting, I use olive oil for moisturizer, i tend to spend a bit of time in the sun and ocean. So my skin gets a little dry as a result. Oil makes a good contrast. I try and avoid most commercial skin products as they're full of harmful chemicals. |

greetings i do not see any traffic here anyway,i spend some time searching and i come to this coclusion it's worth to take care of ur face i used a few products and i realized that some are better than some others.no shit uh?? lol i mean for my own skin i want say which i tried because every ones skin is different so what was bad for me may be great for you-and the opposite so give a try and stick to what is good for you buy a cleanser,a toner-and cotton balls for applying it- and a moisture jel do not mind the money, the average cost for all of them is at about 20$ and u gonna have em for months!!! and u gonna have a reward for ur efforts with attension from the ladies, for sure of cousre u want gonna get laid just because ur face is clean but it's a plus!!!!! and easy and cheap one p.s. forgive me for my mistakes |

The best skin care products you can get is... Food. Seriously your skin is like every other part of your body, if you want muscle mass you take protien if you want healtier skin you need the right nutrients. |

Quote: can you clean ur face with food? Most soap contains synthetic ingredients such as fragrances, colors and stabilizers. With the exception of lye, organic soap contains no synthetic ingredients. It is available in a wide variety of scents and colors, and there is a great deal of variation in the base oils that are used. Some organic soaps may contain vegetable oils such as olive or coconut oil, while others contain animal fat such as lard. |

Quote: can you clean ur face with food? Try eating junk food for a week straight. Big Mac's, egg mcMuffin's, Taco's, etc. etc. No exercise, drink, smoke. Try eating healthy food. Veggies, fruits, etc. etc. Exercise, get your sleep, etc. And see how "fresh" your skin feels. |

As a sort of follow on from Faust's post - eating well probably is important for some (although I'd argue that hormonal acne is often not really affected by either food OR external products that you put on your face). But one thing I have recently started using is zinc supplements. I usually get a vitamin c and zinc effervescent tablet. I don't know any of the science about it, but there is some on google, and it does work pretty well for me. It's one of the unfair things about acne; that some people can eat crap all day long, barely wash their face at all and never get a spot. Some others can have an on paper "excellent" skin care regime, eat only fresh fruit and veg, and have horrible skin. That's how it goes - we're all different. Try cleaning up your diet (and maybe cutting out something one week at a time - wheat and dairy often have an effect) to see if you can isolate something in particular that's causing you problems. Give zinc a go, give other stuff a go, if something works go with it. |

Zinc in shampoo will get rid of dandruff 90% of the time.

There are loads of different fragrances, each obviously has its own scent. My preferences may be different to yours but this is a perfect opportunity to try out the routine mentioned by style in his book the game. Just go out with a different type of fragrance on each wrist and ask girls for their opinions on which they prefer, and then you can get a general idea. This might work better in your day game as you can try the fragrances at the store and then go try the routine in the mall. This way you can try new fragrances without purchasing a load of scents that you might not necessarily get good responses from. Let us know how you got on and which fragrances worked well for you! in my experience the "paco rabanne, one million" seems to score high all the time. However it will all depend on where you are and their prefrences; everywhere will be different! Just a case of trail on error at first. Peace, Cola x |
