Post subject:  Help me with Paleo!

Seems like it is an accepted diet for weight loss, I've watched the 21 convention videos and found some great websites for recipes and what not, but everything I have read says I should be loosing weight just by diet, and its not happening....

Little background, I've done Slow carb, and Jenny Craig prior to this...Currently 5"11 - 206.4#, inactive due to injury.

So heres how I see Paleo: If you can hunt it, fish for it, or gather/pick it...its mostly fair game...No processed foods, grains, dairy, and don't eat too much fruit. No beans/legumes either. High protein meat, veggies, and eat when your hungry...

I've done this three weeks now, and I've actually gained weight, fat I would say...

Meal 1: 2 Eggs & egg whites & Spinach omlette in the morning..Tried these but they were really really greasy/fatty and hard to eat. http://fastpaleo.com/breakfast-bites/

Meal 2: Spinach salad, w/ hard boiled egg, chicken, tomatos, onions, cucumber, maybe some avacado and sesame seeds. Tossed in a low fat ranch or basalmic vinager sauce (just enough for flavor).

Meal 3: Paleo Chili: beef, steak, onion, tomato, and seasoning...

So, been doing that for 3 weeks, only cheated a few times, and have watched my alcohol intake....Am I missing something, not taking in enough veggies?
