if like me you dont want to join a gym but dont have any equipment at home try this.. take a deck of cards and flip a card reds are push ups black are sit ups then go through the deck twice then have a protien shake do this evey other day and i can garuntee u will and people that know u will notice a diffrence |

Simple pushups and situps are the exercises that will give you a lot of mass...but it can make a tiny bit of a difference yes. |

Hey brothers, Weight lifting is simple. The most simple rule is for every reaction there is an equal and opposite reaction. So for every push there is a pull as listed below. If you don't train the opposite muscles you look like a warb for example you see those guys walking around with a huge chest but rounded ugly shoulders and a hunched back. For your chest do normal push ups, do triangle push ups i you want to work your triceps, Dips are also awesome for the chest too. You can progress by either putting a weight on your back or wearing a weight vest/backpack or doing more reps. The opposite of you chest is your back so do pullups theres heaps of shit to do pullups off like a childs play equipment or those door pull up thingies. Then you need to do a rowing motion for you back so pick somthing up a heavy 10 - 15L water bottle will do and perform a dumbell rowing motion. Do overhead presses for you shoulders with anything you can find. You can even do a handstand against the wall and do that same motion which is awesome if you can do that. Then do squats for you legs holding some kind of weight. Also do shuttle runs to hit your hamstrings. I hope this helps. I will say this thought If you want to fuckN huge go to the gym and do heavy weighted squats which work almost every muscle in the body. Follow this up with heavy deadlifts which are the opposite to the squat and you'll be amazed by how big you'll get. Maintain the rage BARON |

Ive been apart of a competitive bodybuilding forum for about two years now, remained a very active member, and in my experience i have never seen something as stupid as the original post on this thread. |

It'll make somewhat of a difference, and you can build your endurance beyond all hell with it, but it won't build much mass. If you don't wanna join a gym, you can build a home gym, making dumb bells out of milk jugs filled with cement or just buying actual equipment. Whatever works. But push ups and crunches by themselves won't get you as far as I think you're thinking it will. |
