| Post subject: | Will a luxury apartment help with women? |
So I'm moving downtown to a major US city and have been thinking about signing a lease on a luxury apartment with a view of downtown and a balcony workout facility downstairs etc.. Its about 1050 a month for a one bedroom and although I'm doing well its going to make blowing 300 dollars on a bape hoodie a thing of the past and force me to cut down on how much I go out for drinks. My question is will having a nicer place really attract women that much more? I live a fairly introverted lifestyle and in addition to all my other expenses wont be going out on a nightly basis to meet new people. Although I'm doing ok financially and want the place for myself I'd say my biggest motivation is getting that first nice place in hopes that it will attract women. I'm going to be turning 25 in a few months so I am starting to get out of the phase where I just want a party pad with posters. I just wonder if that thought process is even valid and how I can work having a nice luxury apartment downtown into my game if at all. Am I wasting the extra cash? |

its a definite plus---once u get them back there to see it--getting them in there in the first place to see it is what u need to work on---u cant really say ''hey come back and see my fantastic apartment''---but it will probably come up in conversation when she asks where u live--is your address recognised as a great area--u could fake humility when answering--say something like yeah i like it--but dont be seen to brag--not a waste of money if your partly doing it for yourself |

HELL NO! If your going to get this apartment with a mindset of it helping your game you have to take a couple steps back. I have a fifteen year old crap car and I live with my dad, I still get awesome girls when I go out with my friends. You work for your money so use it to have a great time not a bigger place to put the same bed in. Dont look for fake shortcuts in your game by having nice things because you dont need them. Get a decent apartment and use that extra money for vacations, investments or whatever will make you happy. Remember man, Practice and have fun with it the rest will fall into place. Good Luck ! |

It isn't going to hurt your game but it won't really improve it. I lived in a pretty shitty house recently and my room resembled a prison cell. The mattress was the most uncomfortable thing in the world; it creaked and metal coils were sticking out at the top. But it didn't put off either of the girls that came back. In fact it was entertaining and amusing that I lived here. In my situation my shitty house didn't matter at all. The reason - Congruency. I was only in town for a month and a half, visiting friends and clients. It was a room in a friends room which came up as her house mate was off travelling for the summer. When the girls mentioned how shitty my room was, I agreed. I wasn't embarrassed. I didn't have to spin some story 'Oh this is just till I move into my new place'. It was a shit hole, but I was only staying a little while so I didn't mind. I was completely genuine. If anything it might of even helped my game. My story was genuine, my reason consistent, everything added up. I had congruency so the girls were completely comfortable. And the fact my room was a shit hole meant I didn't mind spilling tequila, smoking in my bed etc so we ended up having our own fun private party Here's an example that shows how the why is the most important thing. Imagine you are a girl and go back to a guys house. He lives with his parents and works in KFC. Hmm not particularly high value. But what if he was just doing this to save up money to travel the world. That's kind of inspiring right? What about if a guy has a sick pad and a brand new BMW but complains and moans all day about how much he hates his job. That's not going to be as inspiring to a woman as a surfer who lives in a beach shack but follows his passion in life. In an ideal world you would merge the two - money and passion. Think famous musicians, actors, sports men etc. Quote: when she asks where u live--is your address recognised as a great area--u could fake humility when answering--say something like yeah i like it--but dont be seen to brag--not a waste of money if your partly doing it for yourself
Yeah if it makes you happy and is a priority (it seems like it perhaps is not) then go for it. But don't do it to impress ladies, and don't do it if it will leave you with no spare money to pursue your passions in life. What's more important is finding some cool house mates. Whenever possible live with girls. Single guy living with 4 blokes or guy living with a couple of chicks. Social proof at work here. Also cool house mates will bring friends round and go to fun events which is great for your social life.

get it to get it, and dont just get it to game girls. thats like getting a nice car. using a house or car to attract girls might work, but what type of girls are you trying to get?. Yeah i say go for the nice apt cause you'll like being there and its pretty cool having a pimp palace but, get it because you like it! not because you want it to use for gaming. |

It sure will, but if it's the only thing that works to your advantage, there are thousand of ways you can mess it up. |

I am that guy in a sic pad (I think) and a new BMW (ok, it's only a 2007). Depends on the girl if she perfers the beach bum or the sic pad/BMW guy, but I am pretty sure sic pad/BMW helps in nearly all cases. Although with some girls you need to play it down because they will outwordly say they don't like those type guys and it doesn't matter to them.....so you need to help them come up with an excuse. Beach bum guy?.....might just be a bum to some girls. I just think for things like this, there is a standard. Meet the standard and you're pretty much GTG. Being above it, helps a little? Maybe for you? Diffinently for me. Won't hurt though except for the girls that are predetermined to hate such things, but give them an excuse and they eat it up...because normally blah blah blah, but you're different. Ok. Now, being below that standard will hurt. With some girls, it's a complete show stopper. Also, this really depends on the age group. For 18+ to college chicks or females working crap jobs with no success of their own, it probably is'nt that big of a deal. For many attractive females with their own career's and grand ambitions, it matters. |

Wealth is all relative. You just have to appear more wealthy than the people whatever whore your targeting is used to. Its an expensive arms race that you have to remember that you are going to have to maintain that lifestyle whether playing the field or a long term relationship. If she still lives with her parents or is just starting to work, having your own place even if it is a hell hole with a roommate, might be enough so long as it is clean. Remember too that the inside, meaning your stuff, has to match the same level as your apartment. You can have the nicest apartment in town but it looks like it was furnished off of craigslist whats the point? |
