| Post subject: | A PUA Life Style - I encourage you to post |
I want to build a life style with options, options, options. There has to be a routine to follow that includes this, an individual guy, like you and me, with people to choose from to message and talk to and feel attracted and confident. Past is past, in the past I lived in comfortable life, I now see that comfortable is not good, because that isn't living life. Living life is making something out of the tools and hard work you input and the output is the result. I want to dedicate my life to bettering myself daily. The small things (wearing good clothes and so on, you don't have to message those things) I am looking for things on a daily basis to better myself physically and mentally. Gym if you want to. |

I definitely like it man, and I totally agree. You should be constantly improving. If you're not moving forward, you're stagnating, and that's simply unacceptable. As far as what to do, that really depends on your individual goals. Right now I'm in the middle of learning a language and broadening my cultural appreciations, but what you choose to do will really depend on what you want to do. Imagine the perfect you, exactly how you want to be. Picture how he dresses, looks, acts, how he interacts with people, what he knows and feels. Now compare that to you. Write down everything that doesn't match, and piece by piece go through that list until you've made yourself into that person. You'll find that the more you better yourself, the longer that list grows, because as you finish one thing, you've learned enough about yourself and what you want to have opened up two more. It becomes a dynamic, never ending process. But remember that who you want to be and what your goals are might not match up to what the next guy wants, so this needs to be tailored to each specific individual. Definitely keep us updated on what you choose to do and the progress you're making man, its really inspirational stuff! |

I like that last post man, a picture in your head is definitely the best way to motivate yourself. What else? Does Meditation really benefit one? |

I haven't personally had a lot of success with it, never did anything for me. I know a lot of people that have used it successfully, so again it depends on the individual. Only way to tell is to try it for yourself and see what works for you. |
