First off, this applies to all things in life not just pickup I just wana share something quick I was listening to on an audio by Captian Jack, he was explaining the (acording to what he thinks) the true definition of an alpha male, and tbh I'd agree. An alpha male is not the loudest or the strongest and he's not the most aggressive. Someone that is extremely high on the alpha list is Bill Gates! Reason why is because he completely dominates his field, and he is able to draft other people to carry out his intentions. How to be one! Well, an alpha male sees the world and compares it to what he wants it to be (His situation) He then takes the necessary steps/action to achieve his ideal world or his situation and commits to it, this may include getting people to help you, you can do this by simply asking others for help, which is essentially drafting others (remember that if they help you you must also be willing to help them, do not be a user or an untrust worthy selfish bastard or people will dislike you and try to avoid you when you ask for something also do not try to fix everyones problems only help if they ask for it or they take you up on your offer to help) An alpha male will always try to improve himself, it can be something as simple as sorting your room out and keeping it clean and tidy, or if for example you are out in a club and your friends are sitting around bored, take it unpon yourself to make suggestions and come up with ideas for things to do or go, this is leading! women look for this! Completely agree. Too many guys think being an alpha male is being all macho and aggressive. Those guys aren't alphas, they're the scared betas who are just trying to assert their dominance in the only way they know how to. They try to come across as higher status by lowering the status of everyone around them. One of my favorite quotes is "If you're such a badass, why do you need to prove it all the time?" They just ARE badass, they got nothing to prove to anyone. Be confident in the best version of yourself you can achieve and fuck the haters. |

good post man totally agree. being loud will get you the initial attention but if your just trying to be 'hard' and being a dick your basically throwing DLV spikes to everyone in reach. Being loud is a good thing only if when people turn round to see what all the fuss is about they see a guy just having a good time with his friends laughing. I think there is a limit even if your the better case of these. |

I'm going to chime in. I don't turn down any opportunities. In fact, I've made it a point to experience things out of my comfort zone, and I try to learn from it. I view everything I do, fail or succeed, as an experience I learn from. Being open minded and positive brings you into situations you wouldn't have normally been in, you learn from them, and they help shape you for the better. Just my 2 cents. You can't fake attractive traits! |
