Ive been reading about pickup occasionally for few months now, and I feel like I do not have a chance to start doing anything. Ive read few methods, and so far I think Gunwitch method is most logical for me. I would like some advice from more experienced guys on where to start. But first, I want to tell you my situation... Im 21 and im 180cm tall , heavy but athletic, and consider myself as good looking. In high school (when I started thinking about sex) I wasn't picking up anything, but I had a lot of contact with girls (half of my class were girls). I got quite a number of IOIs and had fun with some of them, but was never close to girls, and I never had any real girl friends. When girls approached me with intention of getting closer to me, I was acting all tough, and when I rejected a girl like that I was feeling like I won... I had a social circle of friends outside school, but they were all guys, and girls were hanging out with us often, but I was kind of ignoring them... But since I finished high school 2 years ago, I enrolled in almost all-male university. I got out of that social circle for few reasons. Now I have several (male) friends that do not hang out each other, so I usually hang out with one guy at a time. I have very little contact with female population, outside family... Since I started reading about PUA few months ago, I was thinking of doing something I read there myself. But its hard to do it when you don't get to talk to girls. I go to university where there are very few females, and annoying nerds are swarming them. I go to my boxing gym where there is no females at all save for the cleaning lady. I hang out with one of my friends about every other day but we do nothing except drinking and talking. And I hang out at home playing games and lifting weights, and obviously there are no girls there... Sometimes I go to a brothel to fulfill my sexual desire, but that is in no way a permanent solution... Can someone who has been in a similar situation advice me on how to "break the stalemate" and bring some girls into my life? |

Man the point of pick up is to be able to do it anywhere. Go to bars, walk down the street, parks, places you might not always go to. And just try to do pick ups there. You need to break old habits and go new places with the intention of talking to women. |

I had a similar kind of lifestyle, First you MUST convince yourself to break with the lifestyle(going boxing and school is no problem off course)Don't be to macho most girls don't like it(to dominant) go out to clubs/ bars with friends, make conversation with girls (make jokes ,show interest but dont force yourself up to her)ask for facebook or something,Let your friends bring(girl)friends along invite them to parties,and slowly but surely you will see your( female) friends group growing. Dont forget it's all about your own mind set.(be friendly, open,funny) the cool bad boy attitude is way to hard;) |
