The one thing I can never stress about building an attractive lifestyle is guys, clean up your rooms.
A lot of people don't really see it as such a big deal, or simply don't have time for it, but you should definately make time for it.
It serves as a huge barrier when trying to close because of the massive change of event. The girl is completely attracted to you, you're having fun, you get home and she see's a messy appartment, or even just the kitchen.
Wost off...the bathroom. Girls are REALLY picky about the bathroom.
I'm sure you've seen in movies where girls have to put paper on the toilet seat in a public bathroom because their afraid they'll contract AIDS or something. It's the same issue here. If your bathroom is not clean...I mean CLEAN...it could serve as a HUGE logistical problem with you closing her.
A bathroom can be picked up and organized, but if it's not cleaned and disinfected to the point where it smells clean and disinfected girls will most likely get grossed out, and of course you don't want a girl grossed out.
I'll admit it isn't too hard to game her even after she's grossed out but it's a step back that you don't need. You need to build confort with her and your dwelling should serve as an advantage. Help her feel comfortable with you and your home *so that way she can stay over* (hint hint).
So guys, keep it clean.. love yourself, love your home, and in turn, you'll get loved back
