That seems to be the standard advice for aspiring PUAs who ask the question.

However, I've noticed that when I don't masturbate for a while, not focusing on the expected outcome of my sets is much harder, and girls can tell.

I become visibly anxious, and I start thinking about sex like mad. I try too hard, basically.

When I have done it recently, however, I'm much more relaxed and willing to let things run their course.

Any similar experiences?

I would say... wank without porn. Porn is slippery slope. Use your imagination. The problem with porn, is that most of ur arousal is being fed to your imagination but sex is much different and too much porn usually ends cultivating ur imagination a little too much. Sex for a man should be more about his nerve endings, and less about the act itself. Otherwise you prematurely ejaculate if your imagination runs wild without ur consent...

I actually tried not touching myself for a while.

Though it's putting me in a very excited state, "thinking about sex like mad" as you said, it actually *motivates* me a lot.

It's like a goal.

I think it's in the famous The Game that some guy tells his students to only wank once a week, in order to "have something to look up for". Kind of a consolation price. Why not.

And +1 SoCo123, porn can become very addictive...

I like the idea of once a week if you don't get any, it really does motivate you alot, and apparently it puts out some hormones and chemicals that the girls can sense on some level and its attractive...

In nature we wouldn't be able to masturbate...

It's a personal preference thing.

I'm a masturbation addict, so can be challenging ;)

Most people agree no wanking... better sexual state, more motivation, more lays - TVA, Gunwitch, Ross Jeffries, David D, Cosy, etc...

But then others... KineticCharm and Sleazy... say it doesn't matter ... and these guys pull massive numbers.

So just experiment.

Good way of upping sexual state after suicide masturbation (blowing your whole load on porn :P) is to eat a lot of berries, and high-strength garlic tablets.

Or get a job that exhausts you. I recon since I have a job I basically stopped masturbating. And then when I see a girl I get way more smooth since I'm excited and get it on. I become sharper and funnier. Cooler and more sexually pumped up.

So far I had good results with this.

When I didn't have a job I sometimes wanked 2-3 times a day... now I look back... gosh I shouldn't have done it.

However I'd say it's personal. Experiment with it. Do it once a week, once a month, every day and see what works best for ya.

Porn can be nice, however I mainly use it to be inspired for the real world out there. I love watching porn with girls though. There's this girl who is a virgin, she never did it yet and we both watched porn at my place. She was insecure about not knowing stuff and about herself... after showing some she became way more secure. And guess what? Now she's so secure she wants to get it on with me.

Silly world. :P
