Mystery frequently insists that his students should create an avatar that they turn into as they go out sarging. Well, it is a way to get over your AA. It wasnt really me, it was my alter ego Ezo who did that. Or no but I wasnt myself I was drunk. I agree with this, an avatar is a great tool to use as you are training, you buy peacocking stuff for your avatar and have fun with it but as soon as you meet up with your AFC friends you go back to whoever you were before your shaking hands first picked up "The game". An alternative is to build a life! I should say, get a life! I have both a PUA life and a normal llife as well as everybody else but the two are starting to merge. I am not ashamed of who I am and my inner game is present even in my "normal life". When you accept that the PU tools are just that, only tools! You realize that the only thing that the game has done for you (except a few lays) is to give you confidence and a new attitude. Inner game again friends! Whenever I go out with my AFC friends and do not sarge I watch the scene and make mental notes. I move with confidence... Use your inner game skills in your everyday life! They are not PUA skills, they are life experience! |

I am now in great situation, I already built very attractive lifestyle (I am 30 now), but I worked my ass for the last 16 yrs to achive that. I could`v use all those years to learn PU (like some very famous "GURU`s, or if I may say, LOOSERS) and I wouldn`t have as much as succes as I have now. Guys, especially young who are just etering PU scene, WORK ON YOURSELF, educate yourself, go to the gym, if you work, work hard to get a promotion, find a cool hoby, be nice to the people and stay normal, don`t waste much time and money on different books or seminars. As Ezo said, CREATE YOUR LIFE, NOT AVATAR!! Btw Ezo, very nice sentence! |

actually i have to say an avatar is try to make yourself look the best you can and taking care of yourself ........ peacocking in an avatar i dont agree with its stupid in my opinion.....but the whole pick up artist 2 were those guys got there hair cuts, got a new clothing change.....it was for the better cause they actually look like presentable men instead of misfit guys....... id say an avatar is more a way of just making yourself look the best you can, to give yourself the best chance in the field..... |

Perhaps an avatar can help people rid of AA, but I personally use 'the art of pickup' to improve my actual self. I've become more social after starting and I've noticed a major confidence boost as well while improving inner game. The reason I personally try not to create an avatar is because I want the srob22x who is sarging to be the same srob22x who is not in some ways. I always want to be that social person who is enthusiastic about life and naturally a good people person. I don't want to have a situational personality so to speak. I think overt time, one should merge the avatar and actual personality [to an extent] to make everything flow more naturally. That's just one view I have, but I am open to other ideas as well, so if you have another, I'd enjoy reading it. |

You can't transform like a Superhero.... for instance timid geek by day, rockstar by night. Don't pretend to be something that you are not, and realistically don't want to be. Your avatar should be an extension of your personality, an evolution of who you are. 'You version 2.0'. Your avatar is what you want to be, what you strive to be, not what you think to be the best avatar ever!. Be that other guy you've seen you envy, not the guy who seems successful in the game but you still think that he looks like a douche. This has all been said over and over: Don't change just because a book, a forum, a tv-show told you. Change into what you want to be, change because you want to be what you are changing into. |

I haven't been in the "biz" of pick-up that long, but can already see changes in my confidence and also in the way other people see me. Several people have referred to me as "mysterious" in the last couple of weeks, which I think is a result of better confidence and not feeling like I have to prove anything to anyone. I was approached 3 times this weekend (Though 1 was a dude.. but still). I watned to see how far I could push it so when the 2nd girl came up and introduced herself I leaned in and whispered "If you want to kiss me, I'd do it in the next 5 seconds", that was the first thing I said to her. I don't know if it was the chock or whatever but she leaned in and kissed me on the cheek. I kind of fucked it up from there on but still! Felt great |

Making a mask to wear while going out, or work on the proverbial face instead ? The Mask has to go down at some point. So why choose to neglect the face behind ? I felt like giving this topic a bump. It's a really valuable thing to have thought through. Whether you wish to continuously have to put on a facade when you're going to attract women, and having a sort of "Day Persona" and "Night Persona" duality going. Or if you're going to let those be one person, one identity, and maybe putting on a little extra Avatar, once in a while to do the whole freakshow thing, and boost your game (It should be just a boost, not the entire basis of your Game) I don't put on a lot of extra effort in going out. Working on inner game and taking a little extra care of myself seems to be enough for me. This whole Larger Than Life peacocking and such is good stuff, but Only if you get your Game really going. I don't think my Game should be based on accessories, though they may give the whole impression an extra lift. I do however do pay a little extra attention to my inner state before going out, which people should, to keep the vibes positive all around, and not distract my mind with negative beliefs or thought. Cheers. |
