Post subject:  BLOG: CREATING AN ATTRACTIVE LIFESTYLE

I am currently a 5ft 7inches, 66kg dude with little to no muscles. I have OK looks and after being a member of this forum I am OK, maybe above average, with attracting women, although no HB10s. The goal with this blog is to keep track over my development to create an attractive lifestyle, and to get input/positive/negative comments from you guys. We only live once. Because of this very fact we should do what we can to enjoy our life to the fullest. I believe creating an attractive lifestyle is equal to having an awesome life. Because with an attractive lifestyle comes many friends, girls, money, health and well-being. When making a blog like this it´s important to have an overview before starting. You need to really know WHY you want to make all these changes, you need to know WHAT to do and you need to know what the RESULTS might be. Knowledge, a plan and motivation are key words. So how am I going to create an attractive lifestyle? What aspects of life am I going to improve?

1. Health -> 3
2. Training -> 3
3. Education -> 9
4. Social events -> 3
5. Social life -> 3
6. Sex -> 5
7. Do what you like -> 5
8. Style -> 8
9. Other -> 8
10. Log -> 1

Above you can can see all the aspects I plan to improve and I am going to go into detail on each of them. You may also notice the numbers behind every aspect. These are simply a number (from 1-10) which describes how good I am doing on each aspect (SPAM), where 10 is best and 1 is worst. Time to go into details…

1. HEALTH
Improved eating and drinking habits will give better health. Better health, in combination with exercise, will give you a nice body and better looks. A nice body and better looks will give you confidence, more friends and connection, and of course attract more women. This will improve your life situation drastically. 99,9% of the population aren't experts on food/drinks, but it´s not rocket science to understand which foods/drinks are healthy and which aren´t. To put it briefly: increase consumption of vegetables, berries, eggs, water, unprocessed meat and food in general. Remove consumption of soda, beer, pasta, white bread and processed food. You will need to learn how much you need to eat in combination with increased exercise. You should also educate yourself on the internet about what to eat and what is healthy. After a few weeks I will have a weekly plan on what to eat. This weekly plan will include healthy food with variation. It will also be combined with increased exercise. It´s not going to be too expensive.

2. TRAINING
Going to the gym will improve the way your body looks. Don't ever forget that this also will make you look better naked, which should be a motivation itself. With improved body comes better confidence, more attraction from women and tons of increased well-being. In addition to this, by joining the gym/joining a sportsclub you will meet new friends (you can also bring friends to train with you) so this will also improve your social life. Good good good. Buy proper training outfit. Buy a years membership on the gym, this way you will feel you have to go during those days you just want to chill. After a few weeks I will have made it a habit to go to the gym. I will have made new friends by going to the gym.

3. EDUCATION/JOB
Having good education/job will give you social status and money. It´s better to do something, than to stay at home all day too. With money you can arrange parties at home without worrying about costs. You can also buy the occasional round of drinks… no one likes a greedy person. Have a education/job. Always get good results on your exams. Always improve your CV. I will always be in an education or have a good paid job I am happy with / or both.

4. EVENTS
Going to events is always better than staying at home (unless you have an exam/job interview the next day). When going to events you will meet your friends and it´s a good way to improve your relationships with them and create memories. You can also get to know new people to broaden your social circle. If you have many friends and a broad social circle people will think highly of you and this will increase your confidence. So go to every event you get invited to and throw some events out yourself. For example a playstation night with the boys or a party for all of your friends. The occasional dinner out with good wine is a very good thing as well. After a few weeks I will love to go to events and will have broaden my social circle

5. SOCIAL LIFE
Staying in contact with friends and family via facebook/SPAM/myspace is always better than not staying in contact. This should be all I have to say to make you stay in contact with them. Always keep your connection refreshed. Delete uninteresting people from facebook/SPAM to get easier overview.

6. SEX
The better thing in all cases is to get real-life experience with a fuckfriend/girlfriend. Nothing beats real experience. If you cannot do this at the present moment, never stop education yourself about this topic. Read books. Learn from movies. Write notes. Read on forums like this. You want to become really good in bed, because this will give you insane confidence towards the opposite sex.

7. DO WHAT YOU LIKE
By doing what you like more often, you will feel better in general. If you want to drink a beer while watching a good tv-show DO it. If you want to buy that beef and cook a really good meal DO it. If you want to sleep after coming home from work DO it. In conclusion, be better at doing what you want to feel better. This is not about attractive lifestyle, rather to increase well-being.

8. STYLE
If you care about what clothes you wear, what perfume you use, your hygiene, your hair, your style at your place, about your life in general people will find you more interesting. You will naturally attract more friends and girls, so this is a thing you always should do. Read about fashion, get the blood running to your head to increase hair-growth, make your home interesting for people to visit.

9. OTHER
The above is what I find most important in a persons life. Health, exercise, education, social life, well-being, sex and style. "Other" is basically stuff that will improve certain aspects of the above whether it be social life or style. For example start watching documentaries/movies to be able to join conversations with people, know the latest hot books, know the newest music, learn to play an instrument, learn to dance… this list could go on but you get the point!

*** Lastly, and most IMPORTANTLY keep track on your process. Write down what new you have done and whether it works or not. If you do this every third day/week you can continue with what works and stop with what doesn't. After a couple of weeks you will have improve A LOT by learning from trial and it will become a habit(like brushing your teeth). I will dedicate the post below to write about my improvements.

In this post I will post my progress. I will write down WHAT I did to improve each aspect and whether it worked or not.

PS! In the health part, which is about food and drinks, I will of course not follow this if Im at a party. A person not eating a piece of pizza becuase of being healthy is just stupid. In social events, it doesn´t hurt to take a slice. Health is about common sence and not being lazy!

1) HEALTH (food/drinks) - needs to be tweaked...
stopped eat: junk food(pizza, kebab, hamburgers) -- 1 day done (from 29/11/12)
stopped eat: candy, chips and chocolate -- 1 day done (from 29/11/12)
stopped eat: white bread, pasta, white rice -- 1 day done (from 29/11/12)
stopped eat: procecced meat -- 1 day done (from 29/11/12)
stopped drink: beer, soda, other drinks with much sugar -- 1 day done ( from 29/11/12)

started eat: eggs, yougurt, fruits for breakfast
started eat: salat/vegetables for in-between/night meals
started eat: meat, a lot of vegetables, potatoes for dinner
started drink: a lot of water

2) EXERCISE
started jog 3 times a week
started training strength every 4th day

3) EDUCATION
in the process of a very good financial education.
always improve CV
always look for income sources

4) SOCIAL EVENTS
join ALL events you get invited to, except if you have a GOOD reason not to go

5) SOCIAL LIFE
keep in contact trough SPAM, myspace, twitter and facebook with friends.
take some time each day, I recommend 1 hour to this.

6) SEX
do excercies every day to increase erection strength/stamina.

7) DO WHAT YOU LIKE
no comments needed

8) STYLE
shoes, socks, boxers, t-shirts, jeans/chinos, sweaters, parfume, deo - always know if you need to change out any of this.
do exercises to increase hair-growth every day.

9) OTHER
watch tv-shows, documentaries etc to be interesting to others

Whoah! What can I say. It´s been quite a few months(3) since I made this thread. Time for an update? I started off good, but something immediatly halted my improvement. I managed to fuck my ex-gf with genital herpes and was literally scared for 1month. Then I started off good again, before I fucked her 4-5 times when I was drunk and yet another month was wasted worrying about being infected. I told her it´s impossible for me to do her anymore because of worrying. Why tap a disease-infected vagina. I learned my lesson about worrying now, it´s NOT worth it, regardless of how good you fit with each other in bed.

HEALTH. Not much improvement here. A lot less candy and soda, but that is all. On the other hand, I have been drinking more alcohol than usual, so no improvement at all. Ill try again.
TRAINING. A lot of improvement. I bought membership from the training center and have been training strength regularly for 1 month, twice a week. Results can be seen, win! I have also improved my stamina quite a lot!

Basically, I have failed to write log about my life as I planned to do. I have failed to improve health wise, which was my main goal in the first place. On the positive side, I have improved training which is good. My goal now is to again start to write log (post nr2) every other day and get my life as I want it.

EDIT: Just one edit , SPAM im not having sex , so what are the best books for education?
